Prices

Valid for all Spa offers: You don’t need to take anything! We equip you with your wellness bad incl. bath towels, bath robe and a pair of slippers.

Good to know

Our THOMAS Spa is location of quietness and relaxation. May we kindly ask you to keep the atmosphere by speaking in a low voice and to abandon mobile phones and other technical equipment or to turn down its volume. This provides even more enjoyment for your "Chill Out" and relaxation is secured.

Your Desired Appointment
To fulfill your desire concerning treatment and time we would like to ask you to book in advance, if possible before your arrival. You then would get the confirmation right on your arrival at our hotel.

Please arrive in our Spa Lounge 10 minutes before your treatment is due to start. We provide you with one of our enjoyable wellness teas.

Together with your personal Spa staff you agree on the arrangements of your individual Spa Cocktail. We will enquire you about your personal wishes and aims – complete consultation is important to us.

Delays and Cancelling
We hope for your understanding that if there should be any delay on your part we have to meet the time schedule out of consideration for the following guest at full settlement of your treatment. Should you not be able to keep your appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance. In case of short term cancelling we are forced to invoice 80 % of the costs.

Enjoyment – Service first!
During some treatments we offer fruit or mineral cocktails as well as tea. Should you wish for special drinks or a Prosecco – we offer the possibilities.

Outfit
Bath robe and slippers for our THOMAS Spa are provided by us and thus, you are adequately dressed. After your shower you may enjoy our sauna area. Disposable slips for your protection are provided in the treatment rooms in order to keep your privacy so you feel comfortably.

May we ask for your attention to wear sports dresses within the fitness area. The sauna area is a nude area.

Children
We hope for your understanding that children under the age of 14 are only allowed if accompanied by adults due to security reasons.

Animals
In our Spa animals are not allowed due to hygienic reasons.

Smoking
Our THOMAS Spa is a location of relaxation, indulgence and pleasant scents. We hope for your understanding that smoking is not allowed.

Valuables
Due to insurance reason we cannot take any responsibility for your valuables.
